bacon cooked & chopped

jicama or radish shredded

Napa cabbage shredded

mirin

soy sauce

cilantro

Directions

Cook bacon and chop.

Toss with jicama (or radish) and Napa cabbage.

Season with mirin, soy sauce and cilantro.
